Perfect for all levels of yogi, this Vinyasa Flow class offers creative and exciting variations based on traditional Ashtanga yoga. Consisting of a flowing vinyasa sequence to make you sweat and get your heart pumping whilst also utilising the breath, the class will enable you to get the most of the asana and get that pranic energy flowing. This creative practice offers both modified and advanced poses, allowing you to embrace your own practice.
More Morning Flow is a soft, strong and beautiful sequence of yoga postures specifically designed to jump start your day. Prepare to wake the body up, linking breath with movement to really get your energy flowing. Whether you are completely new to yoga or just looking to brush up on the basics, these 4 classes will provide the foundation needed to ‘survive’ in any contemporary yoga class.
The course is tailored for students who are looking to gain more confidence in their own practice or wish to be introduced to yoga in a focused manner. Each session will introduce you to different aspects of vinyasa yoga and nurture your understanding of poses and the terminology involved.
On completion of the course we want you to feel prepared to go forth and experience all the wonderful yoga classes available in London and beyond.
Jodie and Vlada are both 200 hour trained yoga teachers. Complementing each other's training and teaching style, we are bringing our passion for spreading the joy of yoga together. Offering you the chance to experience two different approaches and class sequences, we will each lead 2 sessions during the course.
